Door de onzekerheid rond het wel / niet doorgaan van de Hellendoorn Rally (voormalige Golden Tulip Rally) in 2007, is de CONRAD Euregio Rally (3-4 november) in plaats van de Hellendoorn Rally aangewezen als laatste wedstrijd voor de competitie van de West Euro CUP.

Caused by the uncertainty around the Hellendoorn Rally (former Golden Tulip Rally) if it will be organised or not in 2007, the promoter of the West Euro Cup has included the CONRAD Euregio Rally (3rd – 4th November) instead of the Hellendoorn Rally as the last scoring round of the West Euro Cup.
